		<description>So Toyota doesn&#039;t believe in &quot;Customer is the king&quot;  since they are not willing to accept that customer satisfaction is determined by the customer.  Is this the whole corporate policy? For a Japanese company that&#039;s really weird. I know Japanese value customers very much.</description>
