Blogger-In-Chief, IBM

That’s quite a title. It belongs to Christopher Barger. There’s an excellent interview with him in the latest FreePint Newsletter. He has some very stimulating comments on blogs and blogging in business. Here’s just one of them:

I would much rather have a blog that reaches and starts a conversation among the 200 right people than 20,000 at random. I am aiming for the audience that I want to influence, not a broad audience any more.

The Internet is all about making connections and communicating. Blogging can be the vehicle through which this communication occurs. IBM certainly seems to be grasping that full potential.
