It’s good to see that even the mightiest realize that people want to be able to get their own personal questions asked. So we have a new Wal*Mart Facts website. There’s a multitude of methods for everyone to talk to Wal-Mart and get answers. However it looks as though these will be fairly private one-on-one conversations. Just not the same transparency as a blog can create.
So when GM has now unveiled the FastLane Blog, can Wal-Mart be far behind?
